then save it to your computer.
If you go to 'Layout' on your Blogger page,
then select one of the Sidebars.
Click on 'Add A Gaget',
and scroll down to 'Image'.
Then in the new box that opens you can add the following:-

From Your Computer :- Choose the File
Tick the Little Box :- 'Shrink To Fit'
Then SAVE.
